The Komunistang Sosyal would like to credit Hoang Phuong's continued contribution to the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) - something that Kayabangan Pantylist can only dream of becoming. Don't mistake the HYCU for the Kayabangan Pantylist. Both wear blue and recruit the youth. The difference is Kayabangan Pantylist adheres to the Communist Party of the Philippines-New People's Army (CPP-NPA) - a Communist party that shouldn't be honored. Sisonism refuses to upgrade to global Communist standards! Hoang Phuong never forgot her roots. She visits schools and her alma mater. She makes sure that children are staying in school before they're recruited. As Communism evolves beyond Karl Marx's definition - the Komunistang Sosyal moves beyond social classes. The enemies of Communism include the unjust economic system of Western capitalism (which favors profits over social development) and convert it to Sosyalism (which focuses on using profits mostly for social development).
