It should be amazing (or not) that Vietnam has no partnership with the FAILED Communist state called North Korea. It's because the Kims still believe in the nonsense of the Pambansang Industriya. This video shows why democratic South Korea chose to do business with Communist Vietnam instead.  South Korea may be democratic but it refuses to subscribe to American capitalist idiotologies. Instead, it practices proper restrictions in the free market. Vietnam has achieved a higher level with Komunistang Sosyal. Vietnam's restrictive free market (in terms of inflow and outflow) has helped create a better environment for American companies. South Korea would be in better hands too. If only Emperor Kim Jong Un would just stop being so stupid about lifting up protectionism! 

Isn't it strange that several FDIs have preferred COMMUNIST Vietnam over the Philippines? Strange? Not really. Democratic Philippines is at risk of becoming another North Korea (which ironically calls itself the Democratic People's Republic of Korea) instead of following the path of true socialism aka Komunistang Sosyal. To be a socialist means to be a Communist in favor of free market ideals. It's to become a socialite communist.  Vietnam's greatest challenge. Now, it has its pursuit of renewable energy. There are really those idiotic Filipino socialists and American socialists demanding freebies and not working. In the Philippines, there are mga loko loko asking for PHP 10,000.00 ayuda. They keep asking for wage increase but they refuse to accept FDI - something the comrades in China and Vietnam have accepted. That's why North Korea isn't truly a socialist state. Socialist means Komunistang Sosyal. The philosphy of Vladimir Lenin was later integrated by other thought leaders like Mao Zedong (though he failed as an economist), Deng Xiaoping, and Ho Chi Minh.
