Communism will never be appealing until Communist countries show they can outperform capitalist economies. The Philippines' failure in capitalism is a result of its protectionist measures. Thanks to Doi Moi - Vietnam can now proudly present Miss Bui Quyh Hua to represent Vietnam! Yup, she's come up with a glamor that might put Catriona Gray in a lower light. Sure, Vietnam plans to continue diplomatic relations with the Philippines. Without the Vietnam and Philippines relations - the comrades of Vietnam can't eat delicious Chickenjoy. But let's think of this... 


The red color of Communism flows through the body of Quynh Hoa. Yes, Catriona wore a similar gown but Vietnam may have done it better.


Meanwhile, it's a shame that the Philippines tries to show off its beautiful women but never truly opens up its economy. Catriona might be a symbol of failed capitalism after all even if she won the crown last 2016.
