Filipino Commies Need to Learn from Communist Vietnam's Sosyalist Buses

The PISTON group which is most likely a CPP-NPA legal front still goes against PUV modernization. A shame really since China and Vietnam have modernized their public transportation. There are also CPP-NPA legal fronts such as Bayad Muna, Kayabangan Partylist, and others that are still against PUV modernization. However, the Komunistang Sosyal would recommend that these Filipino commies, to remain relevant, must accept that old jeepneys need to be phased out and new PUVs must be done. Better jeepneys can still be manufactured but they can't be done through self-industrialization.

It's time to take a look at the best of Vietnam's Komunistang Sosyal buses...

This is a picture of the buses in Vietnam. Sure, the Philippines can start to create their own buses with the classic jeepney look. However, it can only be possible if they decide to become freer with FDI. Vietnam doesn't just sell its products in the world market. Its quality products are a result of the state enterprises and private enterprises in competition with FDI. In contrast to what the Philippine Anti-Fascist League thinks - Vietnam is pro-FDI and didn't progress through national industrialization. Instead, Vietnam accepted FDI through the Doi Moi program.

How did Vietnam afford all these expensive buses? The answer is again with Doi Moi. The late Do Muoi, unlike the crybabies of Migraine International (who still weep over Flor Contemplacion's execution), went to learn from the late Lee Kuan Yew. LKY, though a democrat, gave assurance to Communist Vietnam that it could do better than Singapore:

I reassured him that eventually, Vietnam could do better than Singapore. There was no reason why the present peace and stability should not last for a long time, for the lesson East Asian had learned from the last 40 years was that war did not pay. In two big wars, in Korea and Vietnam, and in the guerilla war in Cambodia, there had been no victors, only victims. Do Muoi sadly agreed.

In fact, the Vietnamese had made progress. As a result of more contacts with foreigners and greater information on the market economy, ministers and officials had a better understanding of the workings of the free market. Greater street activity, more shops, foreign businesspeople, hotels - these were all signs of prosperity in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

In Vietnam, one could think of the great progress through Doi Moi. The birth of the sosyalist buses such as the local buses, interprovincial buses, open buses, two-stage buses, and sleeper buses are not easily financed. However, the ROI in Vietnam has to be considered very high. Groups like PISTON only get enraged at the high cost. What makes it funny is that some CPP-NPA legal fronts also use Apple products. An irony that they don't see that Vietnam even allowed Apple to invest in Vietnam. Vietnam's pro-FDI communism is basically real socialism.
