Sahod Itaas, Presyo Ibaba Demanded By BRAIN-DEAD Filipino Commies

The Komunistang Sosyal has done further monitoring of Filipino Communists. After careful data gathering, it's CONFIRMED that various Filipino Communist groups still believe that wage hikes aren't inflationary. However, a basic accounting sheet can disprove them.

One doesn't need to go to the University of Economics-Ho Chi Minh City to know one simple fact. It's all about how SALARIES are part of cost accounting.

My Accounting Course

There would be direct and indirect labor costs. An increase in salary means a dramatic increase in the cost of labor. If the salaries were to increase by a certain sum then it would mean the overall cost would ALSO INCREASE. It's because companies will have to increase the overall costs of their GOODS and SERVICES to sustain paying employees higher. If not, they will either have to lay off people OR even close down their businesses.

Those Filipino Communists who say that their business model works need to prove IT WORKS. The Komunistang Sosyal would like to issue the challenge of opening Sahod Itaas Presyo Ibaba stores. They should sell cheaper goods while paying their employees the salaries they dream of. Can they sustain paying people PHP 750.00 per day while selling rice at PHP 20.00 per kilo and eggs at PHP 10.00 per piece? It would be nice to see them try.
